ARTISANAL NOTE

The ZAZI suzani collection is an original design co-created with our partner family in Afghanistan. Weaving forward on the traditional craft of embroidered coats in the region, we co-created this exclusive design.

Suzani means needle in Persian (سوزن) and each piece is handpicked for its quality and pattern from across Central Asia. Its embroidery is imbued with meaning in symbols and colours, personifying wishes for the future. From pomegranates symbolizing fertility and flowers connecting to nature to peppers protecting for the evil eye.

We hope that you feel the craftsmanship and love that is woven into every coat.

MATERIALS AND CARE

ZAZI items are handmade with carefully selected vintage and natural materials. To cherish your handcrafted Zazi coat for a longer time, please handle it with care.

Due to the nature of the fabric, which is vintage material that has lived through so many beautiful stories, we would like you to keep in mind that our coats may have small marks and imperfections which tell stories of the past.
Avoid sharp items that may damage the fabric of the Zazi coat.
Protect from heavy rain or heat. Should it become wet, we advise to directly dry it with a soft cloth.
Dry-cleaning only.

When it comes to running a small company with purpose, there are so many costs that are both unseen and seen. From renting our ZAZI world in the heart of Amsterdam to the worldwide creatives we work with every day. From the most talented pattern makers, photographers and muses to the endless calls to perfection every co-creation up to the smallest seam. From our community work of tracking your order to packing them with love, and a little note before it arrives with you.

Our co-creations are a process of months of calls and love letters to our partners to get to know them and their stories. Two teams of women coming together from far corners of the world to create products made with the intentionality to truly connect you to the stories interwoven in them. If there is money left by the end of this process, it is directly invested into a new community so we can slowly grow this company step by step.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

ZAZI items are shipped worldwide with carefully selected packaging and partners with the planet in mind. As express shipping is more harmful on our planet than standard, we aim to use standard shipping where possible.

Shipping Europe: free. Normal delivery in 1-3 working days.
Shipping outside Europe: €19,95. Normal delivery within 3-5 working days. Please note, all custom duties and/or import taxes that may apply for shipping outside the Eu is the responsibility of our international customer.

Your pre-order, made to order and custom items will be shipped on the estimated date as shared on the product description. Custom items are exchanged only.

The most important to us it that you love your ZAZI piece and you may return or exchange items within 30 days from the date you received your item. Please contact our team to return or exchange your item.
