Sizing & Shopping at ZAZI
What size am I?
Please click here to find our size guide. We also display sizing information on each product page to assist you. If you are still unsure about sizing, you can always connect to our team at customer@zazi-vintage.com or send us a Whatsapp. We are more than happy to help you find the perfect size for you. We kindly ask you to include your measurements in your message, this will help us find your perfect size for you as quickly as possible.
Can I exchange my item if the size doesn't fit?
Of course, you can always exchange your piece with something else that speaks to your heart. Please send us an email at customer@zazi-vintage.com and we will support you further.
Is there anywhere I can try on your products?
We have a showroom in Amsterdam that is open to appointments only. If you would like to try on a Zazi piece please make an appointment here. We also stock our Zazi pieces worldwide. Please find our different stockists here.
My size is not available. Will you expand your size range?
We are able to customize our beautiful pieces according to your wishes and needs. Please connect with us to discuss what you envision.
What if the item I love is not in stock?
If your favorite item is out of stock, please send us an email or a Whatsapp. There is always the chance that we may have a sample piece left. Additionally, we offer the possibility of having selected pieces custom made.
Orders & Shipping
Where does Zazi ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping from Amsterdam to you. The standard delivery takes 1-3 working days within the European Union (EU) and 3-5 business days outside the EU. Standard shipping is free within the EU. An additional shipping fee of €19,95 is charged for shipping outside of the EU.
What payment methods do you accept?
On our Zazi website you are able to pay with Paypal, Credit Card, Maestro, Matercard and Amex.
Who pays for customs and import charges?
Outside of the European Union, custom fees and/or import duties can be charged once your parcel reaches the destination country. Please note that these charges are your own responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Also, please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link. With this tracking number, you can follow your package. Please remember that it can take some time for the shipping provider to process the shipment. If your tracking link is not working, we kindly ask you to contact the shipping provider before reaching out to us at customer@zazi-vintage.com.
Exchange & Returns
What is Zazi’s return policy?
Please carefully read our shipping and returns policy page. You have the right to return or exchange your order within 30 days from the day on which the goods were delivered to you.
Garment care
How should I wash my Zazi piece?
Each of our beautiful Zazi pieces require different care. However, as Zazi works with natural fabrics and colors it is generally advised to not use any heavy chemicals for washing the products. Please find more detailed care instructions for the specific pieces listed on the product sites.
Do you have general care instructions for more sustainable washing practices?
For implementing more sustainable washing practices we recommend hand washing, making use of natural detergents, cold washing, hanging your clothes to dry and wearing your clothes more than once.
Sustainability
How and where are your products made?
All of our pieces are the result of months of calls and love letters with our artisan partner families. On our Process page you can follow each of our co-creations journeys, from raw materials to the final product.
- What resources and materials do you use?
We sell a range of products, co-created with different partner families around the world. When we co-create we make sure to focus on locality by working within regional supply chains, using the resources that are indigenous and revitalizing the region.
Behind the “vintage” in our brand's name is also the story of beautiful upcycled suzani’s and sheepskin collected along the silk road. Our coats represent stories rich of cultural fusions, history, and memories. We hand select our favorite vintage suzanis that we believe carry a story of femininity, power, love, and craft. - Are your products vegan?
All our Zazi pieces are vegan, except for our Zazi coats. We have been working with upcycled rugs for our coats that are local to the regions that we work with. While searching for feasible alternatives to fur, we have discovered that the vegan alternatives are mostly newly produced plastics coming from the oil industry that is causing a pressure on ecosystems and indigenous territories. Therefore, we did not want to import these into the local communities that we work with. Luckily, we found a solution to use the available left overs and second hand rugs that were already in the communities.
- How do you package and ship your orders?
To protect your Zazi products in shipping, we wrap our pieces in bags made from upcycled fabric scraps and saris made by the Saheli Women. We then package your wrapped pieces in parcels made from non-coloured and 100% certified recycled paper.

- Is Zazi hiring?
We are grateful for your interest in working with our Zazi Team. We are currently not hiring for new positions. However, we are on the path to authentically grow our team and any future opportunities will be shared on our social media platforms.
