ZAZI is looking for someone who oversees our company’s daily business operations and can take the company and its systems & sales strategies to the next level. The workload will include analyzing the company financial reports, implementing business & sales strategies according to analytics and intuition + optimizing the organization’s operational capabilities to expand our impact across the world.

- Overseeing the daily business, management of teams and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency. Weekly contact with our external CFO.
- The optimisation of our supply chain/buying strategies towards growth and implementation of impact driven processes and reporting. Daily contact with our head of production and weekly contact with our main and key partners globally.
- Leading B to C and B to B sales targets, creating innovative ideas for expansion and pitching partnerships with aligned commercial partners.
- A close collaboration with our creative director (Jeanne de Kroon)
- Product Audit & Merchandising Strategy, audit Loyalty & After Sales Engagement Strategy
- Wholesale Strategy & Partnerships.
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) & Marketing Channel Strategy to optimise marketing strategies.
- Mentoring and inspiring employees to key into the vision of management
- Establishing policies that improve and promote company vision and culture
- Evaluating company performance and recommend strategies to improve results

The position is full-time (5 days per week) and based in Amsterdam, unfortunately it's not possible to work remotely. Starting 1st of October preferably.
